We beg to call especial attention to the following collection of beautiful Tuties; they will be found particularly worthy of notice. Those who are | only acquainted with the few varieties that were usually supplied from Euro- pean collections in times past, can form no idea of the improvements that | have recently been made in them by Dutch Cultivators; almost every variety | and shade of color is now in them that was formerly to be found only in the | older sorts of Florists’ varieties. Most of these Tuips are equally well calculated for pot culture and for the flower border. They can readily be brought forward for early bloom in the Green-house, or even in the dwelling house; andin the Border they group admirably with other varieties of early Bulbs, or form by themselves most | beautiful contrasts of color when planted upon the bedding system. EARLY FLOWERING, OR BEDDINC TULIPS. These commence flowering two weeks in advance of any others, and are ad- mirably adapted for culture in pots, edgings or beds. each. pr. doz.
