OUR GUARANTEE!We use the most modern tools and methods in growing, digging and hard- ling our Nursery stock so that when shipped it will be in best possible condition, but we do not guarantee stock to be kept in the same good condition, or to live, after delivery to the pur- chaser, However, we do replace at one-half price, as stated in our contract, all stock which fails to grow. The proper pruning, planting and care devolves entirely upon the Purchaser. We exercise the greatest care to keep all Nursery stock pure and True to Name and hold ourselves in readiness at all times to replace on proper proof all stock that may prove otherwise; or, to refund the amount paid for same, but it is mutually agreed between the Purchaser and our Company that we shall not, at any time, be liable for any amount greater than the original price.
