While we exercise the greatest care to have all our trees and plants genuine and rei1iable, and hold ourselves prepared to replace on proper proof, all that may prove untrue, we do not give any warranty, expressed or implied, and, in case of any error on our part, it is mutually agreed between the purchaser and ourselves that we shall not at any time be held responsible for a greater amount than the original

price of the trees.

TERMS CASH—C. O. D.—Orders must be accompanied by one-half the

amount in cash. _

All orders are carefully packed in boxes or bales, for which a charge is made, sufficient to remunerate for the cost of material only. Trees packed in bulk in

cars at no extra charge.

This list is intended for Nurserymen, Florists and dealers only, and supersedes all previous editions. The prices are for the quantities named. Five Hundred, Fif- ty and Five, will be furnished at the Thousand, Hundred and Ten rates, respective- ly. Onsmaller quantities a discount from our retail prices will be made to the trade. Dealers will be furnished at the lowest rates, when their bills exceed one

hundred dollars.
