Disgusting
That was one of the singular most amazing things I have ever seen.
What the US has done- may still be doing, even- is beyond disgusting. These were innocent people, for the love of god! What right does anyone, let alone a supposedly democratic and just government (that imposes themselves upon others as such), have to perform such horrifying things?
That the CIA still EXISTS and is trusted after this is simply ridiculous. That people don't know abou this is RIDICULOUS.
We are entering the same age of terror, aren't we? Thanks to Mr. Bush's lovely re-starting of the STAR WARS program, the Cold War is re-emerging, and Russia is as rich and powerful as ever. While in the meantime the US is in debt of thousands of dollars, much of which was spent on idiotic projects like Operation Acoustic Kitty (The CIA spent over 15 million and five months wiring a cat in order to spy on the soviets- the cat was hit by a taxi within mere moments of being released for a field test).
I live in Canada. That US citizens don't seem to be more aware of these things is so completely beyond words...
Amazing documentary. The mood was simply spectacular, and it really got the point across well. It just made the information you presented so much more penetrating. I am honestly, truly terrified now.

if this doesn't make you both angry *and* wanting to take a shower / crawl into a dark place for a bit to recover...
for crying out loud... the country with the most resources (typically pinched or exacted from "lessor" countries)... if they "need" to use highly researched and funded awful/evil techniques like this in the 70s... what kind of advancements have we done at gitmo and all the US other "black sites"?
these black mars on the US make it embarrassing to be a US citizen.
