NON-WARRANTY

We wish it to be distinctly understood that, while
we take all possible pains to have all plants and
bulbs true to name, we give no warranty, expressed
or implied, as to description, quality, productiveness,
or any other matter, of any of the plants or bulbs we
send out, and will not in any way be responsible for
the crop. Every order we receive will be executed
on these conditions only, and they must be accepted
by the customer when ordering goods.

Our aim is to give value for value.
You are invited to inspect our stock.

We are enabled to ship promptly, as we are con-
nected with two railroads and two express com-
panies, the Adams and the United States.

We cannot hold goods on inquiries, or enter or-
ders until we know the customer is responsible and
security is good.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

These rules will be strictly adhered to.

The plants named are offered at. the rate quoted,
provided not less than fifty of any one variety of
vegetable plants, and not less than five of flower
plants are taken. Where less than these numbers
are ordered we reserve the right to charge retail
price.

No order will be filled from this list for a less
amount than one dollar, except to firms for whom
we are constantly filling orders for their retail trade.

Unless orders so state, when out of any variety
on an order we will substitute a similar one, giving
its correct name.

All orders are forwarded by express unless a suff-
cient amount is sent to pay postage. When plants
are ordered by mail and sufficient cash is not re-
mitted to cover postage, which is ten cents per 100
on seed-bed plants, and ten cents per dozen on pot
plants, we will send plants to the amount only.

These quotations are made subject to crop fail-
ures, and goods being unsold upon receipt of order.

Prices subject to change without notice.

At the low price these plants are offered, our
terms are strictly cash with order:

Remittances should be made either in the form
of an Express Money Order, Bank Draft, Registered
Letter, or Post-Office Money Order. When per-
sonal checks are sent we reserve the right to’ have
the check cashed before shipping the goods.
