fornia, and  forwarded  at  best  possible  rates. 

Flower  and  Vegetable  Seeds  2 per  cent  on  receipt  of 
goods;  60  days  net;  Beans  sight  draft  against  B-L.  All 
overdue  accounts  subject  to  sight  draft  without  further 
notice. 

Seamless  bags  and  all  containers  charged  at  cost. 

NON-WARRANTY — We  exercise  the  greatest  care  In 
growing  and  harvesting  our  Seeds,  roguing  our  crops 
under  personal  supervision,  to  the  best  of  our  ability,  true 
to  name,  and  send  out  nothing  but  what  we  believe  will 
give  satisfaction.  It  must,  however,  be  expressly  under- 
stood that  we  warrant  neither  description,  growth  nor 
1 productiveness  of  any  Seeds  we  deliver,  nor  will  we  hold 
( ourselves  responsible  for  the  crop  raised  from  any  of  the 
‘ Seeds  we  grow. 

If  our  goods  are  not  accepted  on  these  terms  they 
must  be  returned  at  once. 

Our  Seeds  have  now  been  selling  on  their  merits  for 
the  past  twenty-one  years,  and  by  observing  the  steadily 
increasing  demand  we  believe  they  have  given  general 
satisfaction;  but  should  any  variety  not  have  been  as 
represented,  we  hope  our  patrons  will  acquaint  us  there- 
with.
