Ml The  purpose  of  this  Nursery  is  to  raise 
and  sell  such  Trees  and  Plants  as  are 
TU  best  adapted  to  this  part  of  the  state. 
Nothing  but  first  class  stock  will  be  offered  and 
at  prices  as  low  as  such  stock  can  be  sold.  We 
do  not  substitute.  No  replacing  unless  stock 
proves  to  be  different  than  represented. 


While  we  exercise  the  greatest  care  to 
have  all  our  Trees  and  Plants  genuine 
and  reliable  and  hold  ourselves  prepared 
to  replace  on  proper  proof  any  that  may  prove 
untrue,  we  do  not  give  any  warranty,  expressed 
or  implied,  and  in  case  of  any  error  on  my  part, 
it  is  mutually  agreed  between  the  purchaser  and 
ourselves,  that  we  shall  not  at  any  time  be  held 
responsible  for  a greater  amount  than  the  origi- 
nal price  of  the  Trees  and  Plants.  All  pur-  ! 
chases  from  us  are  made  on  the  above  terms.
