SALES CONDITIONS
A certificate of inspection attached to all shipments.
Fumigating: All shipments fumigated with Hydrocyanic Acid Gas, when
State Laws or customers so require.
Packing at actual cost.
All orders taken and accepted by the Audubon Nursery are subject to
the condition of crops or short supply beyond their control.
Payment: All orders should be accompanied with cash in the form of
Draft, Cheque or P. O. Order. Owing to the difficulty in collecting accounts,
no order will be attended to unless accompanied by remittance from parties
unknown to us, or those whose account remains unsettled.
Signatures should be written in legible letters.
Rates: Five of one kind at the ten rate; forty at the 100 and 250 at
1,000 rate.
Our Responsibility: All goods travel at Purchaser’s risk and cost.
All plants are carefully labeled and in case of mistake on our part, we
hold ourselves prepared to replace, on proper proof, all that may prove untrue,
or to refund the amount paid therefor, but at no time should we be held re-
sponsible for a greater amount than the original price of the plants.
All plants offered in this price list are grown in our own Nurseries.
