estimated  supply.  We  reserve  the  right  to  decline 
orders  or  to  advance  prices  without  notice.

warranty,  expressed  or  implied,  as  to  description, 
quality,  productiveness,  or  any  other  matter,  of  any 
seeds  they  send  out,  and  will  not  be  in  any  way 
responsible  for  the  crop.  If  the  purchaser  does  not 
accept  the  goods  on  these  terms,  they  are  to  be

FREE  DELIVERY  OF  SEEDS 

When  cash  accompanies  order  vve  will  send 
postpaid  or  express  prepaid  all  seeds  at 
pound,  ounce  and  packet  rates. 

Transportation  Charges  Paid  by  Customer 

Orders  figured  at  10  pound  and  100  pound 
rates  will  be  sent  by  FREIGHT,  EXPRESS 
or  PARCEL  POST  as  ordered,  without 
charge  for  bags  or  packing  when  cash  ac- 
companies order.  In  all  cases  the  customer 
must  pay  the  transportation  charges.  When 
no  shipping  instructions  are  given  we  will 
forward  orders  in  such  manner  as  seems  best 
to  us.  Our  responsibility  ends  with  delivery 
to  common  carrier.
