TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Satisfactory reference or cash must accompany order of unknown
party.
2. It is mutually agreed upon placing an order that we will under no
circumstances be liable for any amount greater than original cost
of goods.
d. We allow 2 per cent if cash with order — ^no charge for delivery to
express or railroads.
4. Prices F. O. B. Edgebrook — ^packing at cost. All goods travel at
purchaser’s risk.
5. Claims as to quality of goods cannot be entertained unless made
immediately upon receipt of same.
6. We give no guarantee and will not be in any way responsible for
results of planting on goods sent out.
7- Everything is offered subject to being unsold on receipt of order
and subject to shortage or failure of crops, or other causes beyond
control.
8. By placing orders buyers are considered to agree with these terms.
9. Certificate of inspection will be sent with each shipment.
