TO OUR PATRONS
We have carefully arranged prices in this list for each, ten, and
one hundred lots, so as to be fair to both the small and large purchaser.
Prices are for regular grade of No. 1 stock of size specified. We
reserve the privilege of charging extra for stock personally selected by
customer, or for trees of extra heavy caliper, for scarce sorts, or long
list of varieties.
One to ten trees or plants at each rate. Ten to fifty at ten rates.
Fifty or more at one hundred rates.
Stock will be boxed, baled or crated, and delivered at freight or
express office at Painesville, Ohio, in good condition without extra charge,
purchaser to pay freight and express charges. We will furnish estimates
on freight or express charges when requested. Small fruits and other
plants can be sent by mail, in which case the postage will be added to
bill. Strawberry plants should always be forwarded by express.
We have aimed to give description of size and grade that will be
easily understood. Would be pleased, however, to give any further infor-
mation wanted by correspondence.
We are growers of nursery stock with thirty years experience and
have over two hundred acres of land devoted to the business. We have
a large modern cellar for storage, equipped with convenience for grading,
packing and handling nursery stock with the least possible exposure and
greatest dispatch.
List of varieties and prices subject to change to conform to our stock
and condition of trade at the time the order is given.
TIME TO PLANT
Nursery stock can be shipped and planted any time during the dor-
mant season from October 1st to May 1st, when weather is favorable.
RESPONSIBILITY.
We endeavor to send our patrons the grade and quality of stock
ordered. We do not guarantee our products or assume any responsibility
after they leave our nursery, as conditions always exist over which we
have no control. It is understood, in case of error on our part, that we
shall not be held responsible for a greater amount than the price paid.
TERMS

parties having a satisfactory credit arrangement or account with us, one
