CONDITION OF SALE
Prices offered in this Catalog cancel all previous
offers.
FUMIGATING— With Hydrocyanic Acid Gas,
when State laws or customers so require.
PACKING — At actual cost.
All orders taken and accepted by the Audubon
Nursery Company are subject to the condition of
crops or short supply beycnd their control.
PAYMENT: — Terms as usual, due the first of the
month following shipment, to parties known to us:
from unknown parties, we require cash cr satisfactory
references.
RATES — Forty of one kind, at the ICO rate; 250’
at the 1,000 rate.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY— All goods travel at the
risk and expense of the purcahser.
All plants are carefully labeled, and in case of mis-
take on our part, we hold ourselves prepared to re-
place, on proper proof, all that may prove untrue, or
to refund the amount paid therefor; but at no time
should we be held responsible for a greater amount
than the original purchase price cf the plants.
ERRORS — All claims must be made within five
days after receipt of goods, otherwise they will not
be entertained.
While we exercise the greatest care to have cur
plants pure and reliable, they are sold without any
responsibility, expressed or implied, in respect to the
crop. If the purchaser does not accept the goods on
these terms, they must be returned to us at once, and
money paid us for them will be refunded. Their ac-
ceptance will be taken as proof that they are satis-
factory.
