HOW  TO  FIGURE  YOUR  ORDER 

One  to  four  trees  or  plants  of  one  variety  sold  at  the  each 
rate ; 6 to  30  of  one  variety  at  the  10  rate ; 30  to  300  of  one 
variety  at  the  100  rate ; 300  or  more  at  the  1,000  rate. 

TERMS.  We  allow  a cash  discount  of  5 per  cent  on  all 
orders,  large  or  small  when  cash  accompanies  order  in  full,  if 
your  order  is  received  by  us  on  or  before  March  15th,  after  this 
date  positively  no  discount  allowed.  Orders  will  be  booked  if 
one-fourth  cash  value  is  received  with  the  order,  remainder  to 
be  sent  before  shipment.  Remit  by  money  order,  registered 
letter,  check  or  draft.  Make  all  checks,  drafts  and  money  orders 
payable  to  Buntings’  Nurseries. 

PACKING.  We  make  no  extra  charge  for  boxing  and  pack- 
ing, all  stock  is  delivered  f.  o.  b.  train  at  prices  quoted  in  this 
price  list.  We  use  damp  moss  in  packing  all  stock,  which  insures 
safe  delivery. 

GUARANTEE.  We  guarantee  all  stock  to  be  strictly  first- 
class  and  true  to  name  and  will  upon  proper  proof  refund  the 
purchase  price,  or  replace  any  stock  which  proves  otherwise. 
It  is  understood  and  agreed  that  we  will  not  be  held  responsible 
for  any  greater  sum  than  the  cost  of  the  stock,  should  any  prove 
untrue.  We  strive  to  avoid  mistakes  and  believe  we  are  as 
exact  as  any  in  the  business. 

SHIPMENT  BY  PARCEL  POST.  Cannot  exceed  72  inches 
including  the  length  and  circumference  of  the  package.  Weight 
must  not  exceed  70  pounds  within  the  first  and  second  zones — 
that  is  within  a radius  of  150  miles  from  Selbyville,  Del.  Else- 
where not  more  than  50  pounds  can  be  sent  by  parcel  post. 

When  stock  is  ordered  to  go  by  parcel  post  (REMIT  AS  PER 
PRICES  IN  THIS  PRICE  LIST)  and  we  will  send  your  order 

by  parcel  post  C.  O.  D.  for  the  postage  only.  We  learn  that 

this  is  very  satisfactory  as  customer  pays  actual  cost  of  postage 
to  his  postmaster  or  rural  delivery  carrier  when  he  receives  the 
stock. 

We  cannot  ship  by  parcel  post  any  evergreens.  We  cannot 
ship  by  parcel  post  any  tree  or  plant  larger  than  4 feet. 

We  recommend  express  and  freight  shipments  on  large 
orders.

To  Whom  It  May  Concern:  Dover,  Del.,  Sept.  10,  1926. 

This  certifies  that  I have  this  day  examined  the  nursery 
stock  and  premises  of  the  Nurseries  of  G.  E.  Bunting  & Sons, 
Selbyville,  Delaware,  and  that  said  nursery  stock  is  apparently 
free  from  crown  gall,  peach  yellows,  peach  rosette,  the  San  Jose 
scale,  and  other  plant  diseases  and  insects  of  a seriously  danger- 
ous nature,  that  may  be  transferred  on  nursery  stock. 

This  certificate  may  be  revoked  by  the  State  Board  of  Agri- 
culture for  cause,  and  it  is  invalid  after  August  31st,  1927,  and 
does  not  include  nursery  stock  not  grown  on  the  above  named 
premises  unless  such  stock  is  covered  by  certificate  of  a State 
or  Government  officer  and  accepted  by  the  State  Board  of
