Looking East From the Office
The Montieello Nursery Company was estab¬
lished at Monticella, Florida in 1903, and for 28
years has been serving the principal nurseries
of the South as a wholesale grower. Our nurs¬
eries are located at the western boundary of
Montieello, and border the Old Spanish frail,
Paved Highway from Jacksonville to Los Angeles.
Our long experience in growing the best stock
for the South enables us to furnish to the retail
trade the best in ornamentals and fruits. The
many people stopping at our nursery and re¬
questing plants, have caused us to develop the
retail business, and we submit this list as cover¬
ing the best plants and trees for the South.
Our location in Northern Florida usually re¬
ceives winter temperatures down to about 15
degrees above zero, and the plants we grow will
in most cases stand temperatures of zero or
below.
Your orders will be handled promptly, and
with the best stock that it is possible to grow.
Ordering Always state name, quantity, and size
of plants wanted.
Terms Cash should accompany order. If 25%
cash accompanies an order, it "will be shipped
C. 0. 1), for balance.
Address Always give your full name and full
address so that orders will not go astray.
Our Liability We exercie all possible care to
have stock well rooted, well grown, healthy, true
to name, properly packed and shipped according
to instructions. It is, however, mutually agreed
between the purchaser and ourselves that our
liability in any case is limited to the purchase
price of the plants. We give no guarantee, express¬
ed or implied that trees will live or grow.

burlapped. NR — plants are dug with bare roots.
