公元 七 世纪 中 叶 ， 伊 斯 兰 教 传 和 我国， 至 今 已 有 一 千 三 百 多 年 的 历史 了 。
RE 我 国有 十 个 少数 民族 信仰 伊斯兰 数 ， ПЕ, и. ВЕК. ӘРЕ. Н
ЖЖЖ, 塔吉克 、 塔 塔 尔 、 乌 盐 别克 、 东 乡 、 搬 拉 、 保 安 ， 约 有 一 千 三 百 万
人 ， 主 要 分 布 在 西北 的 新 疆 、 甘 肃 、 宁 夏 、 青 海 一 带 ， 另 外 ， 有 不 少 回族 称 其
林 散 居 在 内 地 各 省 、 市 、 城 镇 和 乡村 。

1949 年 新 中 国 成 立 以 后 ， 中 央 人 民政 府 制定 了 民族 平等 和 宗教 信仰 自由 的
政策 ， 我 们 信仰 伊斯兰 教 的 各 个 民族 在 政治 、 经 济 、 文 化 各 方面 都 获得 了 巨大
的 发 展 。 各 族 穆斯林 的 宗教 信仰 受到 了 尊重 和 保护 。 但 是 “四人帮 横行 的 十
年 动乱 时 期 ， 我 们 穆斯林 也 和 全 国人 民 一 样 ， 遗 受 了 巨大 的 灾难 。1976 年 ， 粉
碎 “四 人 者 以 后 ， 民 族 平等 、 宗 教 信仰 的 政策 得 到 了 恢复 ， 中 国 穆斯林 再 一
次 享受 到 了 宗教 信仰 自由 和 属 行 各 项 宗教 功课 的 权利 。

1980 年 4 月 ， 中 国 伊斯兰 教 第 四 次 代表 会 议 在 北京 隆重 举行 。 会 上 总 结 了
中 国 伊斯兰 教 协 会 的 工作 ;确定 了 今后 的 工作 任务 ;修订 了 伊 协 章程 ;选举 了
新 的 领导 机 构 。 根 据 大 会 决议 的 精神 ， 我 们 编 印 了 这 本 < 中 国 穆斯林 的 宗教 生
活 ? 画 册 。 画 册 的 近 百 副 图 片 反映 了 中 国 穆斯林 的 生活 片断 ， 其 中 包括 中 国 仇
斯 兰 教 第 四 次 代表 会 议 的 感 况 、 中 国 穆斯林 的 宗教 生活 、 中 国 着 名 的 清 宾 寺 及
基建 筑 艺术 ， 还 有 中 国 和 阿拉 伯 、 伊 斯 兰 教 国家 穆斯林 之 间 的 友好 往来 等 。 我
们 着 望 这 本 画册 将 有 助 于 加 强 我 国 穆斯林 之 间 的 团结 ， 将 喜 局 伊斯兰 教 人 士 和
穆斯林 和 群众 参加 祖国 社会 主义 现代 化 建设 的 热情 ， 间 时 ， 我 们 也 希望 它 能 增进

سنة . ومن بين الامة الصينية اليوم عشر افليات قومية تعتنق الاسلام وهي : هوي ©
الويغور ؛ القازاق » غزغيز » التاجيك » تاتار » الاوزبيك » دونغشيانغ с‏ سالا وبارآن .
ويبلغ عدد المسلمين في الصين حوالي. ١‏ مليون نسمة وهم موزعون في شینجیائغ ء
قانسو » نينغشيا » وتشينغهاي ني شمال غربي الصين بصورة رئيسية بجانب عدد ليس
بالقلیل من المسلمین الهويين ينتشرون في المدن والقرى من اقصى مناطق الصين الداخلية
الى اقصاها .

وبعد تأسيس الصين الجديدة عام ١448‏ سنت الحكومة الشعبية المركزية سياسة '
المساواة القومية وحرية المعتقدات الدينية . هذا وقد شهدنا نحن المسلمين من مختلف
القوميات تطورا كبيرا في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية وحظينا بالاحترام
والحماية في معتقداتنا 2 . ولكننا نحن المسلمين عانيئا من النكبات الفادحة شأننا
شأن بقية ابناء الشعب الصيني مدى عشر سنوات مارست فيها ” العصابة الرباعية “
تصرفاتهم الاعتباطية . وبعد سحق هذه العصابة الشريرة اعيد تأكيد صلاحية سياسة
المساواة القومیة وحریة المعتقدات الدینیة من جديد مما هيأ لنا نحن المسلمين الظروف
التمتع بحرية المعتقدات الدينية وممارسة حقوقنا في اداء كل انواع العبادات бл с‏

في ابريل 148٠‏ انعقد المؤتمر الاسلامي الصيني الرابع في بكين بمهابة . وقد تم
لهذا المؤتمر تلخيص اعمال الجمعية الاسلامية الصيئية وتحديد مهماتها القادمة وتعديل
دستورها وانتخاب هيثتها القيادية الجديدة . وبناء على قرارات المؤتمر وضعنا البوم
« الحياة الديئية لمسلمي الصين » وبين دفتيه حوالي مثة صورة فونوغرافية وهي تعكس
- بوصفها صورا مصغرة لحياة مسلمي الصين - جوانب المؤتمر gl MN‏
الرابع وعبادات مسلمي الصين وهندسة الجوامع الشهيرة في كل انحاء الصين كما تلقي
الضوء على الاتصالات الودية بين مسلمي الصين والاقطار العربية والاسلامية . اننا نأمل ان
يرك هذا الالبوم اثره في تعزيز التضامن بين مسلمي الصين واثارة حماسة الشخصيات

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

In the mid-7th century, more than 1,300 years ago, Islam reached
China. The Islamic population in China is now about 13 million and
embraces the Hui, Uygur, Kazak, Kirgiz, Tajik, Tartar, Uzbek, Dongxiang,
Sala and Baoan nationalities, who live mainly in Qinghai and Gansu prov-
inces and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Ningxia Hui
Autonomous Region. In addition, quite a number of Hui Muslims live
in other parts of the country.

Since the founding of the new China in 1949, the People's Government
has implemented a policy of equality among all nationalities and freedom
of religious belief. The religion of the Islamic people of various nationali-
ties is respected and protected. The Islamic people have made great
political, economic and cultural achievements. But during the ten years
of chaos inspired by the Gang of Four, the Islamic population together
with the rest of the people were made to suffer incredible hardships. After
the Gang of Four was ousted in October, 1976, the policy of equality
among all nationalities and freedom of religious belief was restored and
implemented by the Government. Chinese Muslims once again are guar-
anteed their right to religious belief and to observe their rites and fulfil
religious duties.

In April 1980, the Fourth Conference of Chinese Muslims held in
Beijing summed up the work of the China Islamic Association, set future
tasks, amended the Charter of the China Islamic Association and elected
the Standing Committee of the Fourth Conference of the China Islamic
Association. This pictorial “The Religious Life of Chinese Muslims” is
born of a resolution passed at the conference. More than a hundred
pictures show the life of Chinese Muslims, the Fourth Conference of Chi-
nese Muslims, their religious life, famous mosques with their distinct
architecture and visits between Chinese and other Muslims of the world.
It is our wish that this pictorial will contribute to strengthening the unity
among the Muslim community of China and encouraging leading Islamic
personages and the rest of the Muslim community to do their bit in the
socialist modernization of their motherland. At the same time, we hope
this pictorial will help promote understanding and friendship between
Chinese Muslims and their friends elsewhere in the world.

中 国 伊 斯 兰 教 第 四 次 代表 会 议 于 1980 年 4 月 6 日 至 15 日 在 北京 隆重 举行 。 来
自 全国 二 十 九 个 省 、 市 、 自 治 区 十 个 民族 的 256 位 穆斯林 代表 出 席 了 会 议 。 会
议 的 主要 任务 是 ;总结 中 国 伊 斯 兰 教 协会 的 工作 ， 讨论 和 确定 今后 的 工作 企
وڅ‎ 修订 中 国 伊 斯 兰 教 协 会 章程 ; 选举 中 国 伊 斯 兰 教 协会 第 四 届 委 员 会 。

انمقد بمهابة المؤتمر الاسلامي الصيني الرابع في بكين ئي الفترة ما بین ۹ و١٥‏ ابريل 148٠‏ . وقد حضر
المؤثمر “76 مندوبا من المسلمين قدموا من ٩٢‏ مقاطعة و بلدية ومنطقة ذات حكم ذاتي ويثتمون إلى عشر
قوميات . وكانت مهمات المؤتمر الرئيسية هي تلخيص اعمال الجمعية الاسلامية الصينية ومناقشة و تحديد مهماتها
القادمة و تعديل دستورها وانتخاب اللجنة الرابعة لها .

The Fourth Conference of Chinese Muslims convened in Beijing from
April 6-15 in 1980 had 256 representatives of ten nationalities from 29
provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The conference summed
up the work of the China Islamic Association, discussed and decided on
future tasks, revised the Charter of the China Islamic Association and
elected the Standing Committee of the China Islamic Association.
