Creeks,  thence  in  a  southerly  direction  along  said  divide  to  Elk  Mountain,  Tepee  Moun¬ 
tain,  Sanders  Mountain.  Grubb  Mountain,  Pleasant  Valley  Mountain  and  Herrig  Creek

Flathead  River,  thence  northerly  up  the  river  to  the  Canadian  Border,  thence  westerly 
along  said  border  to  the  divide  between  Weasel  Creek  and  the  North  Fork  of  the 
Flathead  River,  thence  southerly  along  said  divide  to  the  Russky  Creek  Road,  thence 
westerly  along  said  road  to  the  Stillwater  River  Road,  thence  southerly  along  said 
road  to  U.  S.  Highway  93  at  Stryker,  thence  southerly  along  said  highway  to  State

road  and  U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trail  137,  thence  easterly  along  said  road  and  trail  to  T rail 
132,  thence  southeasterly  to  Trail  290,  thence  along  said  trail  to  the  Flathead  Indian 
Reservation  Boundary,  thence  easterly  along  said  boundary  to  Flathead  Lake,  thence 
northerly  and  easterly  along  the  shore  of  said  lake  to  the  Flathead  River,  thence 
northerly  along  said  river  to  U.  S.  Highway  2,  thence  westerly  along  said  highway  to  the

NOTE:  That  portion  of  District  120  in  Flathead  County  lying  in  Sections  9,  10.

shall  be  closed  to  the  hunting  of  big  game  animals,  except  deer  may  be  hunted 
with  shotgun  only:  Beginning  at  the  Old  Steel  Bridge  on  the  Flathead  River,  thence

Service  Trail  51.  thence  up  said  trail  to  Doris  Mountain  on  the  Swan  Divide,  thence 
southerly  along  said  divide  to  the  Clearwater-Swan  Divide  (Lolo  National  Forest  Boun¬ 
dary )  at  Wolverine  Peak,  thence  westerly  along  said  divide  to  the  Swan  River  Highway, 
thence  northerly  along  said  highway  to  the  Woodward  Creek  Road,  thence  south  and 
west  along  said  road  to  its  junction  with  Trail  17,  thence  westerly  along  said  trail 
to  the  Flathead  Indian  Reservation  Boundary,  thence  northerly  and  westerly  along 
said  boundary  to  Flathead  Lake,  thence  northerly  along  the  shore  of  said  lake  to

209  crosses  the  Swan-Clearwater  Divide  (Lolo  National  Forest  Boundary),  thence  along 
said  divide  in  a  southwesterly  direction  to  the  Flathead  Indian  Reservation  Boundary, 
thence  northerly  along  said  boundary  to  Trail  17,  thence  easterly  along  said  trail 
to  its  junction  with  the  Woodward  Creek  Road,  thence  north  and  east  along  said  road 
to  the  Swan  River  Highway  209,  thence  southerly  along  said  highway  to  the  Swan- 
Clearwater  Divide,  the  point  of  beginning. 


140.  LOWER  SOUTH  AND  MIDDLE  FORKS:  That  portion  of  Flathead  County  lying 
within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  Inspiration  Point  on  the  Swan 
Divide,  thence  northeasterly  along  ridge  to  U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trail  218,  thence 
in  an  easterly  direction  down  Gorge  Creek  to  Trail  115,  thence  northeast  along  said 
trail  to  Trail  226  (Picture  Peak  Trail),  thence  up  said  trail  to  Trail  107  near  Picture 
Peak,  thence  northerly  along  said  trail  and  ridge  to  the  south  side  of  Sarah  Peak, 
thence  east  down  the  main  creek  to  the  mouth  of  Mid  Creek  and  Trad  103,  thence

to  U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trad  218,  thence  in  an  easterly  direction  down  Gorge  Creek

the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  a  point  where  U.  S.  Highway  10  crosses 
the  Clark  Fork  River  at  St.  Regis,  thence  in  a  northwesterly  direction  along  U.  S. 
Highway  10  to  the  Montana-Idaho  Border,  thence  northerly  along  said  border  to  the 
Mineral-Sanders  County  Line,  thence  in  an  east  and  southerly  direction  along  said 
county  line  to  U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trail  404  near  Combpest  Peak,  thence  east  on 
said  trail  to  the  Miller  Creek  Loop  Forest  Service  Road,  thence  east  along  said  road 
to  its  junction  with  U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trail  404  near  Patrick's  Knob,  thence  south 
and  east  on  said  trail  to  its  junction  with  U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trail  1714,  thence

201.  NINEMILE-NORTH SUPERIOR: Those portionsof Mineral. Missoulaand Sanders 
Counties  lying  within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  Evaro,  thence 
south  along  U.  S.  Highway  93  to  its  junction  with  U.  S.  Highway  10  (U.  S.  Interstate 
Highway  90),  thence  northwesterly  along  said  highway  to  St.  Regis,  thence  downstream 
along  the  Clark  Fork  River  to  Cascade  Campground,  thence  south  along  Forest  Service 
Trail  242  to  the  Ninemile-Seigel  Creek  Divide,  thence  easterly  along  said  divide  to 
the  Flathead -Clark  Fork  Divide,  thence  southeasterly  along  said  divide  to  Evaro,  the 
point  of  beginning. 

210.  LOWER  ROCK  CREEK-SCHWARTZ  CREEK:  Those  portions  of  Missoula  and 
Granite  Counties  lying  within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  Drum 
mond.  thence  southerly  along  U  S.  Highway  10A  to  the  junction  with  State  Route 
38  near  Porter's  Comer,  thence  westerly  along  said  route  to  State  Route  348,  thence 
northerly  along  said  route  to  the  Slide  Rock -Upper  Willow  Creek  Road,  thence  northerly 
and  westerly  along  said  road  to  the  Main  Rock  Creek  Road,  thence  northerly  to  Solomon 
Ridge  Trail  (U.  S.  Forest  Service  Trail  142),  thence  westerly  along  said  trail  to  the 
Welcome  Point  Road,  thence  northwesterly  along  said  road  to  the  Eightmile-Schwartz 
Creek  Road,  thence  easterly  along  said  road  to  its  junction  with  the  county  road 
approximately  one  mile  south  of  Clinton,  thence  north  on  the  county  road  to  U.  S. 
Highway  10  (U.  S.  Interstate  90)  at  Clinton,  thence  easterly  along  said  highway  to 
Drummond,  the  point-of  beginning. 

211.  UPPER  ROCK  CREEK:  That  portion  of  Granite  County  lying  within  the  following 
described  boundary :  Beginning  at  the  point  where  State  Route  38  crosses  the  Bitterroot 
River-Rock  Creek  Divide,  thence  east  along  State  Route  38  to  its  junction  with  the 
East  Fork  of  Rock  Creek  Road,  thence  south  and  southeast  along  the  East  Fork  Road 
to  its  junction  with  the  East  Fork  of  Rock  Creek  Trail  above  the  East  Fork  Reservoir, 
thence  southerly  along  the  East  Fork  Trail  to  its  junction  with  the  Page  Creek  Trail, 
thence  east  and  southeasterly  up  the  Page  Creek  T rail,  to  its  junction  with  the  Continen¬ 
tal  Divide  near  Mt.  Tiny,  thence  along  the  Continental  Divide  in  a  southwesterly  direc¬ 
tion  to  the  Bitterroot  River-Rock  Creek  Divide,  thence  along  said  divide  in  a  northerly 
direction  to  State  Route  38,  the  point  of  beginning. 

212.  NORTH  FLINT  RANGE:  Those  portions  of  Granite  and  Powell  Counties  lying 
within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  Drummond,  thence  in  an  eas¬ 
terly  direction  along  U.  S.  Highway  10  and  12  to  Garrison,  thence  south  along  U. 
S.  Highway  10  to  the  Race  Track  Creek  Bridge,  thence  up  Race  Track  Creek  in  a 
westerly  direction  to  Race  Track  Lake  and  the  trail  to  Red  Lion  Road,  thence  southwes¬ 
terly  down  the  Red  Lion  Road  to  its  junction  with  U.  S.  Highway  10A  at  Georgetown 
Lake,  thence  in  a  northerly  direction  along  U.  S.  Highway  10A  to  Drummond,  the  point 
of  beginning. 

NOTE:  A  portion  of  the  State  Prison  Raneh  property  west  of  Deer  Lodge,  as 

posted,  shall  be  closed  to  all  big  game  hunting. 

213  SOUTH  FLINT  RANGE:  Those  portions  of  Granite.  Powell  and  Deer  Lodge 
Counties  lying  within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  a  point  on  the 
hi  net  ion  of  the  Red  Lion  Road  and  U  S.  Highway  10A  at  Georgetown  Lake,  thence 
n  a  northeasterly  direction  along  Red  Lion  Road  and  Trail  to  Race  Track  Lake,  thence 
,n  an  easterly  direction  along  Race  Track  Creek  to  the  bridge  on  U.  S.  Highway  10. 
hence  along  U  S  Highway  10  in  a  southerly  direction  toils  junction  with  U.  S  Highway 
10A,  thence  along  U.  S.  Highway  10A  in  a  westerly  direction  to  its  junction  with

Counties  lying  within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  the  junction 
of  U.  S.  Highway  10A  and  State  Route  274  (Mill  Creek  Road),  thence  in  a  southwesterly 
direction  along  said  route  to  the  Continental  Divide,  thence  in  a  westerly  direction 
along  said  divide  to  the  Page  Creek  Trail,  thence  northwesterly  down  said  trail  to 
its  junction  with  the  East  Fork  of  Rock  Creek  Trail,  thence  northerly  along  said  trail

S.  Highway  10  and  12  at  Garrison,  thence  in  an  easterly  direction  along  U.  S.  Highway  12 
to  the  Continental  Divide  at  MacDonald  Pass,  thence  in  a  southerly  direction  along  said 
divide  to  the  Silver  Bow  County  Line,  thence  in  a  southwesterly  direction  along  said 
county  line  to  its  junction  with  U.  S.  Highway  10,  thence  north  along  U.  S.  Highway  10  to 
the  Garrison  Junction,  the  point  of  beginning. 

216.  WEST  ROCK  CREEK -QUIGG  PEAK:  Those  portions  of  Granite  and  Missoula 
Counties  lying  within  the  following  described  boundary:  Beginning  at  the  junction 
of  the  Rock  Creek  Road  and  State  Route  38.  thence  westerly  along  said  road  to  the 
Bitterroot-Rock  Creek  Divide,  thence  northerly  along  said  divide  to  the  Eightmile-
