Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy G.290.52 measures 34 cm and is bound in early calfskin panelled in blind with a border of blind-stamped scallop shell tools. The spine is rebacked in modern, brown morocco. In this copy, the engraved title page is tipped-in after the letterpress title and pi1 (blank) is wanting. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown, as is Bellchambers' ticket. An early bibliographical inscription, initialled "J.D." and purportedly in the hand of the Rev. James Dalloway is present on the front flyleaf verso. In the inscription, Dalloway describes this as a "large paper" copy. Present on the same page is an inscription signed by Thomas Pennant Barton, along with a printed description from Bellchambers' catalog. The letterpress title page is initialed "G:S" in manuscript, which the Barton Catalogue ascribes to Sandys
Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy G.290.52 is paginated as follows: [20], 38, p. 37, 46-124, 145-169, [1], 171-199, [1], 201-229, [1], 231-367, [1], 369-421, [1], 423-487, [1], 491-549, [1]. E3, F2, F3, and 3H3 missigned F3, E2, E3, and 3G3 respectively. The catchword on page [7] (first sequence) is "Urania". The errata on 3V2 verso contains two-line initials

An engraving titled "The grapplers" is laid onto the front pastedown and a bibliographical inscription, signed by Abram E. Cutter and dated 1871 is present on the recto of the front free endpaper. The perforation stamp of the Library is present on the letterpress title page and early marginalia is present throughout. The catchword on page [7] (first sequence) is "Vra". E3, F2, and F3 are signed F3, E2, and E3 respectively. Gathering F is paged: 37, 46, 43, 44, 45, 46, 51, 52. Initials in the errata are two lines each
