fail to give entire satisfaction to those ordering from us.

Nature has afforded us facilities both in climate and soil for growing strong,
healthy trees which we feel assured cannot be surpassed. Our location is at the
head of the Genesee Valley, 50 miles south of Rochester, in the midst of the richest
and finest fruit growing section of the state. We are on the Dansville Branch of
the Erie R. R. and there are now two trains daily from Rochester to our place
without change of cars, connecting at Avon with trains on the Erie Road for all.
points east and west. Passengers leaving Rochester at 9:30 a. m. arrive here at
noon, have four hours here, and can leave again for Rochester or Buffalo -at 4:15
p.m. Our nursery grounds are but five minutes’ walk from the depot.
