That 1913 record technically isn't a 78 RPM.
78 RPM wasn't established til 1925.
That record sounds way too fast and was probably recorded at around 72 or 74 Rpm.
It is a good copy of the record just too fast!

50 years ago my grandmother gave me her Cheney windup phonograph and a stack of records. This one was part of the stack. I remember being fascinated by the label listing various awards at places I had never heard of, and marveling that someone would give out awards to something as commonplace as phonograph records. The record itself was fascinating, with its guard wall on the outside and the stuff in the middle to keep it from breaking in two easily. Then the sound! Columbia in those days made loud recordings, that overcame the hiss, but tended to scrape away on the loud passages. At any rate, I have experimented with numerous ways of recording this record, all with uneven results. This recording on archive.org is way better than my own attempts. I am keeping it for my own random MP3 player that I keep going 24 hours a day. So far this is the best old 78 file I have found on archive.org. Course I am not done yet.

Pretty upbeat song here played by this band. Really nothing to add except that this runs just a tad too long.
