Spätt [i.e. F.X.J. Späth], Ser. Elect. Bavar. chalcogra. sculp., 1727; 29 others also signed by Stuber and Späth. Comprise frontispiece (bust of the Elector among emblems, trophies, etc.); large plate depicting the catafalque; 2 full-page and 32 half-page emblems within baroque grotesque borders, representing the funeral decorations. Emblems include numerous zodiacal allusions and depictions of buildings in Munich; first full-page emblem depicts Death painting a death's head on the sun, with other death figures and the zodiac signs.
