If you or your family could watch this long, sentimental movie, and just take away that lesson, then it would be a
1:41 of your life well spent.
It is touching, and a glimpse into the culture of 1946. Theology is messed up - it's really by faith in Jesus that one can get right with God. And certainly, just as the rich man learned when he descended into hell, you can't re-do your life, there's no "second chance" of living.
Nonetheless, it's well worth watching and discussing with others who know the scriptures. :>)
